Privacy, retention and your choices
Private conversations are not public to other users. Encryption in transit and access controls help protect stored information; no system provides absolute security.
Deletion removes account data from active databases, but backups or legally required records may remain. Your rights depend on applicable law. Send privacy requests using your account email and avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
