Help when Darlink is not working

If a Darlink feature stops working, note the action, time and error before trying again. A login loop, unsent message or pending video needs a different check. Avoid repeating payments or generation requests until you understand the problem.

Check your connection, account and any notice on the affected feature. If you need help, email support@darlink.ai with those details.

Separate access, allowance and rendering problems

If Login appears when you open account settings, use the same sign-in method as before. A login prompt alone does not mean your account was deleted or a payment failed. If it keeps returning, note the wording and which step takes you back.

Tell us whether the site will not open, sign-in fails, an action is restricted or a request has not finished. Include the exact error and approximate time.

Try a small, reversible browser check

Change one thing at a time. Try another current browser or profile to help isolate a session or extension problem, and note what changes.

  1. Check the connection and reload once without resubmitting a payment or generation.
  2. Confirm which account and sign-in method the browser is using.
  3. Test another current browser or profile if an extension may be interfering.
  4. Before clearing site data, make sure you can recover the same account.
  5. For silent playback, check volume and audio output before assuming the media job failed.

Read the restriction before buying more access

Message allowances and media charges are separate. Check the plan and notice attached to the blocked action rather than treating every interruption as exhausted credits. A conversation detail being forgotten is also different from a message that cannot be sent.

If a payment is involved, keep the receipt and check whether it is pending before paying again. For media, note any visible request reference, status and balance change. Ask us to review a failed job's charge rather than assuming another attempt will be free.

Report the symptom without exposing the account

Email support@darlink.ai with the feature, time and timezone, browser or device, error, and checks already tried. Add a transaction reference for payment issues.

Crop screenshots to the problem and remove unrelated conversations, login details and card information. Tell us what you need help with: restoring access, checking a generation charge or identifying a purchase.

Questions

Is Darlink AI down right now?

Check whether the website opens and whether a service notice is shown. Record which actions fail and contact support if needed. One browser problem or login prompt is not enough to identify a service-wide outage.

Why can I browse but not send a message?

Check the signed-in account, message allowance and exact error. Public browsing and account actions are different. Do not assume that another subscription purchase is the appropriate fix.

Should I send a video request again if it is slow?

Check any visible status first. Another submission can be a separate request rather than a way to accelerate the original. Record the time and any request reference before asking support.

Will failed generation automatically return tokens?

Ask support to review the charge and include the request and balance details. Do not assume a failed job triggers an automatic return, or that a retry is free. A completed result you dislike is different from a render failure.

What if my receipt shows payment but the plan is locked?

Match the receipt to the account in use, then send the transaction reference and purchased tier to support. Avoid a duplicate payment while the first transaction and its access problem are unresolved.
